The Trump plan is to let the free market operate without senseless gov interference, and letting qualified people run these things, instead of people who are there strictly based on race, sex or sexual preference, which nobody cares about. And I am not "playing." I don't think you have done anything here that indicates you have any idea what you are talking about. Okay, will Trump be ending the massive subsidies we give to farmers, dairy herders, etc? After all, that's not the free market.

Whoever was running the Biden Admin got a massive, and in my view, unnecessary stimulus bill passed. Started out at Build Back Better, which was a 3.5 trillion dollar monstrosity. After Republican legislative jockeying, it ended up a 2.2 trillion dollar monetary print. Way too much money printing, resulting in way too inflation, which is exactly what happened. Groceries, housing, clothing and everything reflected the massive increase in available dollars. Trump's stimulus was more than Biden's. By quite a bit. Both had major implications on the inflation situation.

Trump's was previous. and far more justified as the economy was in serious trouble. Biden's was unnecessary and politically motivated. Thankfully, it was reduced by about a trillion, but is was pure print money. 19 minutes ago, Roundybout said: Okay, will Trump be ending the massive subsidies we give to farmers, dairy herders, etc? Still, suggesting that the gov intervene to make you happy about about egg prices, instead of solving the bird flu issue and allowing market forces to correct is folly, but not surprising.

I’m calling out your side’s massive hypocrisy again. Trump ran on “bidenflation” and the high cost of groceries. But now that he has no actual plan to lower grocery prices, you’ve suddenly pivoted to “it’s not the role of gov to lower the price of a specific product.” Astonishing. Simply astonishing. Totally wrong. They are looking at lowering energy prices and streamlining supply chains. What was the Dems' plan? Price controls? "Don't"? And hey, if he can't do it, it's no different than Biden promising to "shut down the virus" and actually doing no better, if not worse a job with it.

I'd think that Trump would like to work on his campaign promise of "fixing" the so-called "Bidenflation." How sad that this message has been lost amid the sea of brown families being stuffed into C-130s. 48 minutes ago, Doc said: Like the tariffs Biden imposed on China in September of last year? I have held this position for good. The Dems managed a perfect soft landing to avoid a recession. This is something that is STILL ignored by the mainstream media. Nice little exit you made for yourself though. Not super surprising since the most pressing MAGA issue seems to be the ability to say slurs in public.

Both sides use tariffs when they feel they need to so it's not as simplistic as "all tariffs are bad." And so far no tariffs have been imposed on anyone. A "perfect soft landing"? LOL! OK. What exit are you talking about? I told you what Trump's plan was versus Harris' plan. Apparently no one wanted/bought that her plan would do anything to help. And slurs? What slurs?

It’s been a common quote in articles about right wing youth that they want to be able to say “fggt” and “rtrd” at their leisure and feel that Trump will allow them to do so. 32 minutes ago, B-Man said: Is English your first language ? Which part do you need help with? I guess I need help understanding how "will be placing" means "has placed"? He was going to be placing tariffs on Colombia...but then didn't need to. We'll see if it happens and for how long. And WTF are you talking about with the bolded?
