That tends to happen when there's no passing game to go up against.

I mean yes .............. but I'll take it.  Usually even with Milano we get a few runs popped on us.  Hall had a big game over all in the first meeting.

Absolutely happy with the win, and it's a nice momentum gainer/confidence builder going in to next week's game vs the Eagles.

One thing though: Diggs doesn’t seem to be making any big plays, or even getting any targets downfield. What is up with that?

Game plan.  If I'm the Jets I lock down Diggs and dare the Bills to throw to literally anyone else (something they have failed miserably at in the past).

Considering last game and how good there defense is, I wouldn't be surprised if that was part of their gameplan, congratulations they successfully didn't lose because of Diggs.

Hopefully the Chiefs will show us the way to get to the Eagles tomorrow night.

Huh?

Why on Earth would you want the Chiefs to have any success?

The Jets beat the Eagles. That’s good enough.

Big Dubs!

notes:

1. Not perfect, but a damn lot better this week against a very good defense. This is great, but we will need to tighten the bolts a bit to contend with Philly.

2. Bass was awesome minus that one extra point.

3. Rasul Douglas is exactly the kind of difference maker we needed in the backfield. Easily one of the best in-season trades we have made in years. I think we would have won today without him, but damn did he come up HUGE in this game.

4. Shakir has been really coming around this season after a slow start last year. He needs to continue to get looks as he may very well be our #2 WR next season.

5. Diggs quiet today but vs Sauce he did as good as one can expect. Honestly Sauce was great today but we were able to make him slip a few times and it paid off finally.

Game ball to Douglas and Brady. New look O seemingly looks to be much better. A good first week. Next week will be another good test.

GO BILLS.

He should be our number 2 this year.

Listening to Jason Garrett now confirms for me that no national TV personality actually watches Bills games.

what did he say

The team that showed up today beats the Patriots by 40 points.

It's a shame we dug ourselves this hole. But can't do anything about that now. If they can find a way to get to the playoffs, thay have as good of a chance as anyone in the AFC to go to the Superbowl.

Imagine that.  Josh runs the ball.  RBs run the ball.  Play calls look like they have an actual plan.  Calls mixed up with runs and passes and not just one or the other. Other players utilized in the pass game.  RB that couldn't get on the field had awesome runs.  Josh was in rhythm. Josh was making good decisions. Motions being used far more than any point of the season. Plays from shotgun AND plays from center. Offense scores points for the first time in 6 weeks and throughout the game, not just 1/4.  Some dude named Shakir with an 80 yard TD.  Dunno who that guy is, did we just sign him? Josh on target with his throws. All this against the best defense in the league.

Almost forgot... Sauce got called.

I wonder what the problem was.

It's all down to Philly & the Chiefs now.

When the Bills are on their game, they're as good as anyone.  I'm feeling some confidence heading into next week.

Philly has a huge game on MNF.  Revenge vs KC.  I feel like we could catch them on the proverbial emotional letdown.

And the Bills are due to win a game or two that they’re supposed to lose.

The chiefs are gone, I just want the Bills to make the playoffs. Not saying I want the chiefs to win just saying hopefully they show something to copy to have success against the eagles defense. They are a similar team offensively to us. Obviously rather the Eagles win but they are going to make the playoffs. The 1 seed is absolutely out. I just wanna get in. Beat the Eagles somehow
