The fact that Singletary was behind Pearce kinda tells you something doesn’t it? Pierce (?) is an extremely underrated back … at least he was. Singletary being behind him is not a slight on him Quote

Johnnyp566 Posted November 20, 2023 Posted November 20, 2023 I’ll take Cook all day. I’m bullish on him and think he has star potential. 1 Quote

Singletary isn't burning up the field in Houston but he is a decent RB Moss has been a nice surprise for the colts . Quote

Every RB looks better with an improved O-line. But regardless of the line, Cook looks better than Moss or Singletary on their new teams. Quote
Don Otreply Posted November 20, 2023 Posted November 20, 2023 Imo, neither Dabs nor Dorsey were particularly good at integrating the run game into their offenses while here, although Dabs was slightly better at it…, GO BILLS!!! 1 Quote
FilthyBeast Posted November 20, 2023 Posted November 20, 2023 Singletary isn't really a surprise because he's always been legit starting RB material but never got enough carries here to show it under both Daboll and Dorsey. Moss though is a bit surprising since he looked like trash here but sometimes that proverbial change of scenery helps. Quote
Bruffalo Posted November 20, 2023 Posted November 20, 2023 Moss had maybe the worst vision I've ever seen a RB have. He's clearly improved a lot. Singletary seems pretty much the same? Just more opportunities given the offense. 1 Quote
blacklabel Posted November 21, 2023 Posted November 21, 2023 I commented elsewhere in this thread that up until the last two weeks, Singletary had averaged a total of 27 rushing yards per game as a Texan. Awesome for him that he is helping Houston win and being productive. Same goes for Zack Moss, he's had opportunities in Indy and has taken advantage. But... for the record... James Cook leads the both of them in total rushing yards. He has 688, Moss has 617, Singletary has 471. He also has more receptions and more receiving yards. Quote
zow2 Posted November 21, 2023 Posted November 21, 2023 I don't recall Singletary ever missing a game w Buffalo due to injury. And now he's stepped up full time for the injured Dameon Pierce. Not only is Devin Singletary good, he might be the most durable running back ever, which should not be overlooked. Quote
