Madden MUT has seasons.  

Every season has a different cover athlete.  

This happens every year.  

This literally has 0 to do with Josh Allen.  

Josh Allen is still the cover on the print edition.

Just watched my kid play it.   He is still the cover guy, and all the load screens are still him.   Vick is just the main screen when picking the type of game.

Well he was welcomed back into the league and played for 7 more seasons after he got out of jail. Even had special meetings with the Commissioner, in which Goodell advised him to stay away from Buffalo and to sign with Philly. But that isnt collusion or anything.

 

So I'd say nah the NFL doesnt care. And likely never really did.
