Dallas was a Monday night game where the kicker had like 3 chances to make the game winning FG after a series of unfortunate plays that preceded it.

The NE game, UGH! Remember that one. Me and my best friend were dancing like school girls after the go ahead TD.🤣

When McKelvin took the ball out on the kickoff instead of downing it I swear me and my friend looked at each other and simultaneously said "Oh No!

Being Bills fans we subconsciously knew what was about to happen.

i remember on the kickoff, saying to myself, just dont let them stand you up and strip the ball,  just get down, and bam they do exactly that.    This is being a Bills fans, anticipating the screwup before it happens.   Funny how the coaches never see it.

2020 AFC Wildcard game against Houston registers high on the pain index for me. Thought we had that one locked down, I guess blowing leads doesn't stand out anymore!

Not to mention getting screwed by the refs on the 2nd half kickoff that should have been a touchdown. Instead, the refs interpreted the kick returner's intention, despite the rules, and then the league changed the rules so nothing like that could happen again.

Bastards.

The kick is wide right Bills win ... Oh wait, we can't count to eleven with shoes on ... Re Kick is up and it's good Denver wins.

The Chiefs have two plays to get 40 yards to get in FG range and :13 to do it ... Of course they make it.

Just give it to him ... followed by a DPI on a Hail Mary to lose a game.

Seems we go into a lot of games with a loaded gun we point at our own feet.

So many people forget Minnesota last year.

Agree, that one doesn't get mentioned much, considering what a brutal and dramatic loss it was.  I think that's the only time the Bills blew a 17 point or more 2nd half lead in Rich/Ralph/New Era/Highmark Stadium.  At least the only one I can remember in my decades as a fan.

6-3 loss to the Browns.

Memorable because I believe Jauron got fired after that one.

I also recall a game against the Jags, Leftwich was the QB. Jags completed (4) 4th Downs on the final drive, including a 4th and 20 something. Won it with a TD on the final 4th down as time expired. That was a kick in the crotch

I was there for the Jags game.

The "Just give it to them" game against the Bledsoe/Carrol Pats back in 1998.

I was at that one.  As far as regular season games, "just give it to em" game & the MNF loss to the Cowboys were absolutely torcherous and still haunt me.

For playoffs (non SuperBowls), the forward pass in Tennessee was the worst b/c of the brutal finish and the fact that it officially ended the Bills golden era, and ushered in the drought. 13 seconds is right there, and could equal it depending what happens in upcoming seasons.

I was at that Browns game... it was awful haha.

The draught era is litered with these type of games. I think we remember the McD ones because they are happening to a team that has/is suppose to be very good. The ones that spring to mind in the McD era for me are the Minnesota game, the Tennessee game and Hail Murray game... just brutal endings.

I forgot about the hail Murray game!  But I liked the way the team handled that one…they didn’t turtle up and get all boo hoo about it.  They need to turn their psyche around.

That last one really hurt it wasn’t a playoff game, but Denver was trying to give it to us so bad and we couldn’t ***** victory from the jaws of defeat

You know it was funny as I was watching the Bills drive down for their go-ahead touchdown I was thinking “burn some time, our defense is spent”.  Almost a 2-1 time of possession and we ask them to defend another 3 minutes…add to it the fact that the special teams was almost certainly going to give up a big play…this really was a” No you gave it!  No you have it!” Moment

Is it me or do the Bills seem to come up with the craziest ways to lose…every time this happens I think, well that’s the craziest loss I’ve ever seen…and then they top it. Going back I think about the Dallas Sunday or Monday night Game a few tears back. We had that sucker locked down and then I think Mckelvin coughed the ball up on the kick off with little time remaining.  They haven’t been hard to come by lately. The Jacksonville game a couple of years ago was stunning. Looking to the jets this year after we knocked out their hall of fame quarterback was atrocious.  Feel free to list others here.

A few tears.  Yup, those Bills will drive you to tears.

hahah holy *****... I remember that game well....

There are SO many of these... it's INSANE! DO OTHER TEAMS HAVE LISTS LIKE THIS? No, right?

I've never seen buffalo on the other end of one of these... have you?

Ah,  There was this game we were losing 35-3 in the 3rd quarter...

You have to laugh at all these awful traumatic memories. 12th man was just another in a long line of debacles in being a Bills fan. Yes other teams lose games in crushing fashion but no team has had as many crushing, soul destroying losses as the Bills. No fan base has ever had the perfect quadrafecta of pain with bumbling plays, bad officiating, terrible coaching and just bad luck as the Bills. No team has lost 4 straight SB's. No other NFL team lost on a homerun throwback. And all these awful losses without one SB ! I could at least comfort myself if they had won one SB but NO!!

I say this all the time to my friend, a Browns fan, and he gives it right back to me. That's one fan base that could easily equal us in terms of torture.
