part of me thinks they do. If they have the patience to sift through the usual banter and arrive at the truly nice analyses. We have some very knowledgeable posters who write better than the general media.

FWIW, (LAMP maybe), my poll of this group for the single reason for the Offense's issues overwhelmingly came up with Dorsey. So as a collective, we know a lot. McBeane came around to our way of thinking

Absolutely.  It is free market intelligence on the consumers of your product.

In many ways, the board is the ideal focus group - the Bills add no selective bias by selecting it, you don't see the participants and the participants have no motive, financial or otherwise, not to speak their mind.

For example, I think the decisions on the former players that are selected to lead the charge comes from intelligence gathered here.  I will continue to advocate for a Doug Flutie/Rob Johnson co-charge to break the curse if you're listening OBD.

No, but I wonder if any of the players have stumbled and lurked onto here.

Yes they have

Of course they do. How much is debatable. Why wouldn’t t they? Every organization looks for ways to get a pulse check on the client base, this is no different. They might have people do it for them but it’s definitely done

100% people in the org do. Guaranteed. This is a multi billion dollar organization not just built in product but fandom and its consumption.

That said. It’s almost certainly not McBeane. But I assume there are people in marketing and PR who check the pulse on their largest and most rabid online community. I’m sure Beane isn’t asking for a TBD update but I assume we’re part of some larger fan pulse/temperature/update within the org.

McD is a regular in the Gameday threads.

Well he's definitely not paying attention to his actual job,  so this is plausible. 12 men? Lol
