Keep that McDermott staff here loyal fans, wait until you see what 2024 brings.  At some point you will realize what we are saying about wasting Josh Allen's career.  It will be too late when some of you realize unfortunately

Ten seconds left
Until midnight
Nine chances to drown ourselves
In black hair dye
Eight faces turned away
From the shock
Seven windows

and six of them
Were locked
Five stories falling
Forever and ever
Three cheers to the mirror
Now there are two of us
Can we have one last dance?

McDermott is the Buck Showalter of the NFL.  Good at rebuilding a team and turning around a losing culture, bad at game management and getting a playoff team to the next level.

I was not for firing him until now.  We are 6-4 if the team does not commit a gaffe that a pop warner team should be disciplined enough to do.   I am at a loss for words.

Even Tony Dungy managed to win a SB with the Colts

Yep. McDermott ain’t the dude.

The worst part? He probably won’t be fired until the end of next season.

He fired his DC, he will fire his OC to buy him time

After that, he will run out of excuses, but I don’t think it happens until after next year

It is critical that Pegula step in and not allow your timeline to happen.

2 more years + adjustment time = Josh's career thrown away.

Time is of the essence here; I hope SOMEONE is telling that to Pegula.

They will save firing Dorsey until the off-season. That way he can be the scapegoat and this can be their “move” to make everything better for 2024. If they fire him during the season they will have already played that card.

After next season they will be out of scape goats.

Yes.

His biggest disaster is the destruction of this offense and a once in a generation QB

That will force the organization to go Offensive HC.

Zero % chance he’s fired. Don’t get your hopes up.

But most want to keep the coaches in fear we will turn into the drought era Bills again. We are currently playing like drought era Bills with a franchise qb, it can't get much worse my fellow Bills fans. The likes of Chan Gailey, or maybe a couple other old drought era Bills coaches actually sounds rather refreshing based off the current affairs of our coaching staff and team performance with the talent level we have. A change does not guarantee worse like some fear, it can indeed, change the outcome of a franchise for the best

As much as I want McD gone, the only way Pegula fires McD is if he has relations with a coworker or disparages Mrs Pegula. Those are the only two ways Terry makes a move before 2025.

Maybe but he's about to ask fans to spend $5-10K on PSLs for the new stadium

I've been a McD skeptic and Allen apologist for years.

But the loss was as much on Allen as it was McDermott.

The INT before the half was a horrible decision.  The fumble handoff was all Allen. He nearly had another sideline throw picked later in the game.

 Allen was bad again.

I said before the season started he had to lower his INTs and people on here said it was only 1 or 2 less than other QBs. Yet he is getting worse not better.

The entire coaching staff needs to go. And Allen needs to be coached better.

Fired his special-teams coordinator, too.
