theRalph Posted November 14, 2023 Posted November 14, 2023 This is coaching, folks. Every bit of it from the turnovers to the gaffes to the attitude of the team. 1 5 3 Quote
BillsFan130 Posted November 14, 2023 Posted November 14, 2023 Yep. McDermott ain’t the dude. The worst part? He probably won’t be fired until the end of next season. He fired his DC, he will fire his OC to buy him time After that, he will run out of excuses, but I don’t think it happens until after next year 4 1 1 Quote

jlgarsh Posted November 14, 2023 Posted November 14, 2023 He needs to be fired before the clock turns to tomorrow 2 Quote

KHAN Posted November 14, 2023 Posted November 14, 2023 McDermott's legacy at this point is going to be "clutching defeat from the jaws of victory"... 1 1 Quote

Billznut Posted November 14, 2023 Posted November 14, 2023 As much as I want McD gone, the only way Pegula fires McD is if he has relations with a coworker or disparages Mrs Pegula. Those are the only two ways Terry makes a move before 2025. Quote

Absolutely agree. As a coach, if you have consistent fundamental mistakes with talented players, then it’s time for a coaching change. Quote
dgrochester55 Posted November 14, 2023 Posted November 14, 2023 McDermott is the Buck Showalter of the NFL. Good at rebuilding a team and turning around a losing culture, bad at game management and getting a playoff team to the next level. I was not for firing him until now. We are 6-4 if the team does not commit a gaffe that a pop warner team should be disciplined enough to do. I am at a loss for words. 2 Quote

Brand J Posted November 14, 2023 Posted November 14, 2023 It can’t have a title because the game wasn’t big enough… UNLESS McD is canned tomorrow which we know won’t happen. It’s just another inexcusable loss on the season. Quote
zow2 Posted November 14, 2023 Posted November 14, 2023 You forgot Mac Jones and all the other dumb losses and many OT losses Quote
