As much as I want McD gone, the only way Pegula fires McD is if he has relations with a coworker or disparages Mrs Pegula. Those are the only two ways Terry makes a move before 2025.

Absolutely agree. As a coach, if you have consistent fundamental mistakes with talented players, then it’s time for a coaching change.

McDermott is the Buck Showalter of the NFL.  Good at rebuilding a team and turning around a losing culture, bad at game management and getting a playoff team to the next level.

 

I was not for firing him until now.  We are 6-4 if the team does not commit a gaffe that a pop warner team should be disciplined enough to do.   I am at a loss for words.

It can’t have a title because the game wasn’t big enough… UNLESS McD is canned tomorrow which we know won’t happen. It’s just another inexcusable loss on the season.
