I've been shaking my head at the people who kept saying we should have promoted Daboll and walked away from McD, but this loss cements it, frankly.

 

I'm still in disbelief even though I called it as soon as we scored with ~2 minutes left.

McDermott's calling card is attention to detail and discipline.

 

Without that what does he give you? 

 

He's now throwing players under the bus post game.

Bills are past just getting a new coach.  Beane needs to go and let the new GM find a good coach.  And start replacing a bunch of these players too. 

This team is worse than the 2019 team, that team went 10-6.

Another little-discussed indicator McD is a crap coach is that he cannot retain, hire, or develop top Asst Coaches. The best coaches have “trees”. This guy has weeds.

They have been miserable to watch since the Green Bay game.

They have been completely unenjoyable for the past 20 games, minus maybe 2. hard to believe some people are still bought in at this point. im sure the rest will jump ship after tonight

Defensive head coach sucks a$$.  How many games to they take the lead late and can’t hold with under two minutes? it’s sickening.  Only the Bills and chargers constantly lose games that they appear to win.  How about Mac Jones game too

Been critical of the coaching a bunch this year but McD and the defense had a fine game, and I can't blame the play calling for the turnovers. Josh was trash tonight.
