Been saying this for a while, glad to see that people are coming around to McDermott and Dorsey being awful. You cannot dump Josh Allen. You have to get new coaches in here pronto to try and save this before you dump Josh. End the bleeding already with these coaches.

1) Dorsey called this. 

2) Josh accepts these plays and doesn't check out

3) McDermott letting this happen

4) Josh didn't do anything with the play

not running is just absurd.  Its tiring watching a team just refuse to run.  

Allen had 4 different options for an easy first down on that fourth down call and he didn't get it. Allen is a **** show right now.
