Allen's scrambles used to be toward the LOS to threaten run and keep pass as an option... now it's this lateral slow trot to the sideline with a half dozen pump fakes that just take away his own time and space

4th down - Allen doesn’t make the quick throw. Doesn’t run for the first. Overthrows Shakir by 5 feet over his head.

 

Not a run to be found. A lot of individual fail and coaching fail there.
