Big Turk Posted November 13, 2023 Posted November 13, 2023 Fins signed WR Anthony Schwartz to their PS, ran a 4.27 second 40 yard dash time and was the world record holder of the fastest 100 meter dash of any person under 18 years old. Not saying the Bills need to build a track team but they need to start getting faster...seems every team is adding speed first and the Bills are still looking at other things with speed a distant requirement. Speed without the ability to play football well doesn't help much, but more speed when you already have a ton of players who are super fast and can play football well really puts stress on a defense. https://www.yahoo.com/sports/dolphins-sign-wr-anthony-schwartz-144526230.html 1 2 1 1 1 Quote
RoyBatty is alive Posted November 13, 2023 Posted November 13, 2023 Meanwhile the Bills are specialists in drafting 3rd slow running backs. 2 1 3 Quote
DapperCam Posted November 13, 2023 Posted November 13, 2023 As if the Bills would know what to do with somebody like that. How many touches has the $9.5m man Harty gotten? 2 2 1 Quote
Gregg Posted November 13, 2023 Posted November 13, 2023 The Dolphins receivers can run around the field at 500mph. It won't change the fact that they are pretenders who can't beat good teams. 2 2 1 Quote
Process Posted November 13, 2023 Posted November 13, 2023 Talk about a gigantic nothingburger. He has 14 catches in 3 years and will probably be out the league soon. 3 1 1 Quote

goldenboy81 Posted November 13, 2023 Posted November 13, 2023 Man the Bills are missing a deep field threat 2 Quote
Low Positive Posted November 13, 2023 Posted November 13, 2023 This guy can't catch a football. Quote
90sBills Posted November 13, 2023 Posted November 13, 2023 Well…it’s a good thing football is played in the NFL. Otherwise they’d dominate all the 400m races. 1 Quote
julian Posted November 13, 2023 Posted November 13, 2023 Until they prove they can beat the Bills on a consistent basis with an average QB, then adding as much speed or talent seems to be the only course of action. They may want to start adding to the defense. Quote
Matt_In_NH Posted November 13, 2023 Posted November 13, 2023 Speed without other talents does not work. The raiders have proven that for years. Guys like Hill and Waddle are great receivers who also have great speed. No idea who this guy is but most likely he is not a good route runner or has other issues. Quote
Gregg Posted November 13, 2023 Posted November 13, 2023 I would love for the Bills to get Marvin Harrison Jr in this upcoming draft. But even if the Bills miss the playoffs they won't be drafting near the top of the draft. He is probably the first WR who will be selected. 1 Quote
SageAgainstTheMachine Posted November 13, 2023 Posted November 13, 2023 It's kind of funny to me how jealous this board is of the Dolphins because if the same individuals were Dolphins fans they'd be pessimistic about being paper tigers who can't beat contenders. 2 Quote

BuffaloBillyG Posted November 13, 2023 Posted November 13, 2023 He's a very VERY poor man's Andy Isabella. Though, because of Mel Brooks he has a much cooler last name. 1 Quote
BRH Posted November 13, 2023 Posted November 13, 2023 Remember when the Niners signed Renaldo Nehemiah? If this guy was any good at football he'd already be playing somewhere. Quote

His "other issues" would be that Jason Pierre-Paul has better hands then him. 4 Quote
zow2 Posted November 13, 2023 Posted November 13, 2023 One thing I'd like Buffalo to do someday is take a chance on a young promising RB, maybe undrafted, and give the guy a chance. Why not? You see some other teams have success with unheralded RBs like that Keith Mitchell guy of the Ravens. They're always plugging guys in. In preseason i recall the Bills had a RB that looked pretty good overall and bowled over 8 Chicago Bears enroute to a TD run. Quote
