Upcoming Zach Snyder SF movie: Rebel Moon

Movie is broken into at least 2 parts and is inspired by Japanese director Akira Kurosawa (I have seen a number of his films) and Star Wars and Heavy Metal magazines.

Snyder originally wrote a 172-page script for “Rebel Moon,” which he figured would translate into a three-hour plus movie. Netflix and Snyder agreed to cut the film into two parts as a result. Snyder has also shared that each part of “Rebel Moon” will have a director's cut available, intended for adults only.

When you are telling viewers that there will be a director's cuts afterwards, a cut for a director who forced one after writing one for DC's icon Justice League, you are tempted to not see the original in movie theaters.  I expect director's cuts will be very, very heavily influenced by Heavy Metal magazines.

I have not been to a movie theatre for a long time - I think my last was last Avengers film or Justice League Film.  I think those movie series and Lord of Rings two series spoiled movies for me and all movies sense have disappointed me.
