I know nothing, just like the wrest of us, but I wonder if Dorsey went for a job he wasn’t ready for? He’s an elite QB coach, that isn’t disputable. How he taught QBs just hasn’t translated to the rest of the offense yet. 
 

Are these 2nd year OC growing pains, or symptoms of hitting the ceiling.
