I try to make these threads when the announcers are first made known by the networks. CBS usually makes them known to the public 10 days before the game. The assignments are made well before then but not released publicly. They have to so everyone can make flight arrangements and the like. FOX makes them early too, but they don't publicly announce them until five to seven days before the game. (Occasionally the announcers make the assignments known to the public themselves, via social media, during the previous week's games, or on talk shows.) I posted the announcers for this Sunday's game (Week 10 - Denver at Buffalo) last week (and then again on the Wednesday maps thread).
