Unless it was almost completely focused on how they  as players can take over the offense, or how they can initiate the key change needed, then they are just spinning their wheels again.

Did someone have the courage to say what is really happening, I wonder, but think probably not.

Diggs?

Morse?

Dawkins?

Well that's the sign of a well adjusted, fully functional team.

They can turn it around, but the cracks are widening and I'm not full of faith.

Players: “hey we need to work some things out and refocus for the next half of the season”

TBD: “the players HATE the front office, they’re planning a Color Revolution, Josh is leaving to sign with MIAMI”

The only thing consistent with the Bills are the players getting older and the coaches are getting dumber.

As opposed to TBD, we we are all getting older and dumber from reading the posts.

When this happens it's the kiss of death.  Season is over

But, what happens if it happens twice!?

sorry, but it wasn't for real last time ?

That was a preseason-level meeting.

My ideal meeting:

Murray: "Josh, you know how we come out flying every game in the first quarter?"

Allen: "Yeah, we go up tempo."

Murray: "Then we struggle til like last 8-10 minutes"

Allen: "Coach wants complimentary football"

Murray: "Your headset is going to break next game, so you'll have to call the plays"

Allen: "Huh?"

Murray: "Your headset broke and you can't hear Ken. Call the plays. Guys, let's catch the ball and ignore these clowns"

End of story

At this point ‘players meeting’ is just the players getting together for pizza and video games.

SF was 4-4 (and then 5-4) in 2022.

The Giants were 6-6 at one point in 2011.

I'm guessing after their 12th game

The Bills were 5-2 (finished 6-10) in 2011.

The Bills were 5-1 (finished 7-9) in 2008.

Just goes to show there is are examples on both extremes.  Past success/failure does not predict future outcomes.

yes but we're talking about the buffalo bills here.

Latavius Murray just hasn't been numbed out and broken down like everyone else yet by McD the wrestling champion, wearing everyone down to the mat and repeatedly just insinuating to "trust the process" until they SAY UNCLE!! lol
