Could Josh McDaniels get our Offense in Gear?

we need to stop recycling the same garbage coaches. There is some young guy out there who is the next great coach. Let’s stop settling for guys who used to wipe Belichick’s butt.

I don't know if he could get the offense on track but I am certain he could alienate the entire team and cause a locker room mutiny trying.  Its worth a shot right?

Are you talking about bringing him in as HC or OC. I don't see McDermott getting fired this year as I think Terry will give him the 2024 season. Dorsey I could see being the fall guy when the season ends assuming the Bills don't turn it around.

Hard pass. Pretty sure when he took over as Rams OC after being fired by the broncos, that offense stunk.

This might be the second most “Pegula”decision. It is closely behind hiring some 90’s player like Jim, Thurman, or Andre to take over play calling.

How about Urban Mayer? He runs a pretty sweet spread offense. How about Chip Kelly? Now that's a creative offensive mind if I ever saw one. No. There are certain personalities that you just don't bring into the building.

Josh Allen will make any OC look good. If McDaniels can teach and coordinate the offense effectively as well as display strong situational play calling, he could work. 
 

I don’t want him as a head coach though, no way.
