There’s just so many game day decisions he whiffs on.

Not doing the Hail Mary at the end of the half.

That stupid challenge.

Calling timeouts on defence before big plays when it never works.

I have never been a fire MCD guy but I’ve seen enough

A gain of 9 yards is nowhere near close to the value of a timeout.

The play was not obvious and should not have been challenged.

Whoever made that decision is a moron.

100% agree with this. McDermotts situational awareness resembles a pile of dog crap

To me it was obvious. The ball clearly tipped upward off his fingertips, not the ground 🤷

Not the point. It was called incomplete in the field. Much harder to overturn it. Especially when it’s 50/50

I said it in the game day thread. That’s the one that pushed me over the edge. If he genuinely thought that was the right call there, he has to go.

It was a catch. The refs ***** us all night long.

Regardless if it was a catch or not . The risk v potential reward was simply not worth it. Mcdermott's situational awareness is non existent

Agreed.  Mcdermott is not a good end of game coach.

THAT is the correct answer!

Who among us could ever, ever, ever trust ‘13 Seconds’ to close out games properly?

McClapper is appallingly bad when the heat is on.

McDermott hired the idiots up in the booth.  Dumb & Dumber....I think even hard core McD fanboys are finally realizing the game day stupidity of this guy. And what he did tonight is nothing new.
