The defense is incapable of doing what mcd is trying to do.  its really that simple.  He's teaching them chess, and they only know checkers

Yep but Rapp isn’t the answer going forward either. Bills will be rough on defense for a few years. They need to cut dead weight next year and start over on the defensive backfield.
