That is not grounding if the QB is not under pressure. There has to be intent to avoid the pressure. McCauley is an idiot, apparently. 
 

It is a foul for intentional grounding if a passer, facing an imminent loss of yardage because of pressure from the defense, throws a forward pass without a realistic chance of completion.

I hate to say it. But josh and Ken are a terrible combo. And josh is not so innocent himself.

So what we have learned is that Josh is incapable of putting together more than one drive of quick passes and that the refs are going to throw 8 to 10 flags per half and you have to just hope a few go your way.
