Steve and I are bringing our wives to a cold weather game.

Question 1- can you get in with heated vests and hand warmers?

Question 2- is Uber a pain to and from the stadium?

Yea you can have hand warmers ... I think there are designated Uber areas

@Just Jack would know on the heated jackets thing. Hope he can help.

Uber is hit or miss. The designated pickup area can be a challenge since so many people want to go to and from and it's out a ways from the stadium where it has more wind & cold

Hot hand warmers are OK. (The ones you shake to activate the chemical)

Any battery powered warmers are prohibited.  If it sets off the metal detectors you will lose the item or not be allowed to enter the stadium.

Use the feet warmers and the hand warmers. I tailgated for six hours and went to the New England playoff game two years ago. You definitely can’t have battery operated clothing because I tried to bring a scarf that lit up.

The guy at the gate must’ve noticed that I was plenty lit up and didn’t need the scarf.

Go Bills

It says NO to wires and batteries. Might sneak but here is a FAR better idea:

buy hot hands foot warmers and put them in your jacket (chest). Works great. Foot warmers are large and have sticky back to place on your chest.

Also be sure to have them for your feet!!! HUGE

Question 1 - hot hands, including and especially toe warmers.  NE playoff game was best outdoor game I've ever had b/c of those things.  I don't think heated vests are allowed.

Question 2 - yes.

The bills have partnered with a heated clothing company and now permit heated vests and jackets.

I'm pretty sure you can not have battery heated clothing.

@Chicharitois correct from everything I’ve read/heard this year. In the past they were prohibited but they are now allowed. My guess, is since they announced they are building a new open air stadium, at the cost and increased ticket prices, they can’t justify denying people with heated gear anymore. That’s just a guess. You can call the Bills directly to be sure.

fwiw, last year when they were prohibited we snuck them in at least 4 times.

I’ve heard the Uber experience from the stadium is very shotty

i think you can schedule Lyfts a day before so if you have a general idea of when you’re gonna leave I would try that

The only thing I know for sure is that there's a rule prohibiting padded bras in the stadium.

"Brassieres worn inside the stadium must have cups of a sheer, unpadded material."
