I'd like to thank this thread and its contributors for reminding me how much I effing hate Trey Hendrickson. Not a huge Joe Mixon fan, either. Come to think of it, the Bengals and the entire city of Cincinnati can get rekt. Don't get me started on the state of Ohio in general...

To be fair they are basically in kentucky.  Right over the stupid bridge five minutes away.

Everyone has their own way of dealing with the ups and downs of a Bills game or season. You could use your own off switch to ignore those who are voicing their displeasure, right? That way you're not trying to tell others how they should feel or react to a game.

I'm not telling him how he should react.  But generally, when someone is very whiny and repetitive, it's not met with positive responses.
Displeasure isn't unaccepted, but better content would be met with better responses.

What IS that?  Holy crap

A giant hamstring...fun fact, the hamstring main muscles' technical name is biceps femoris, so it's basically like making an arm muscle but with your leg.

For dudes like me that have worked their ass off in the gym for many years and have decent but not great genetics(I had/have pretty big legs as well--enough to rip seams on my pants from squatting/bending down), I can only dream of what it would be like to blessed with those type of genetics and how much further I would have gotten with the amount of work I put in...it's like a verifiable cheat code in the gym.

And you could use your off switch to control what you hear, right? Maybe that person doesn't care how you might respond. Maybe he's just venting. I say let people have their own personality. Why do you care? How does another's venting affect you? And let's be real here, you are trying to tell him how he should react.

Royale is not telling him how to react, he is saying many of us don't want to hear it over, and over, and over again....and I agree with him.

Just thinking back to the last time there teams played and Diggs flapping his arms and giving it to Allen.

I bet we see a HEAVY dose of Diggs this game. Open or forced.

With 2K posts, this isn't your first time on a message board.

Why do you care to defend him this much?  I could turn my off switch as much as you can turn your off to me right?

Do you think this is worth continuing?  I don't and should stop derailing this thread which I have done enough.

Wow...this is a pretty massive game. 20% swing in playoff probabilities with a win versus a loss(80% to 60%). Cincy's is even bigger at 22%(66% with a win to 44% with a loss)

We can absolutely win this game. But it will take a coaching  mentality to go full throttle offensively. No BS slowing the game down, protecting Josh by not running him, punting from the Cinci 45, etc. Need to be aggressive and treat it like it will be a shootout. Their defense can be had.

My concern is our head coach and his philosophy of working against all of the above.

The Bills need to shake the bad karma of playing the Bengals.

I hope they treat this game like a playoff game.

The biggest game in the McBeane era (regular season). Even bigger than any Chief regular season game.

If the Bills lose, they will be bashed by everyone non stop (right or wrong).

Play well and win. Nobody cares how they do it, just do it.

I love the fact the talking heads are talking about Cincy being stronger, going to win this game.

WE play much better as the underdog.

It's to the point Cincy players are still trying to use last year as motivation......it's a bad look on their part

Also tells me they may not be ready for this year's bills team

If the bills lose like they did in last year's playoffs, it will be the first time that people will legitimately call for McDermott and beanes jobs (key word being legitimately)

I don't see Terry making any changes if they do miss the playoffs. It would be their first bad year in a while, so my guess is Terry gives them the 2024 season to fix things. But if that season goes south then I think you could see a new GM/HC brought in.

Nine of ten pundits at the NFL website pick the Bengals over the Bills, eight of eight pick the Bengals at the CBS NFL website, and seven of ten pick the Bengals at the ESPN site.

That's 24 of 28 total picking the Bengals.

Josh Allen is elite.

I can't see how they are measurably better when Taylor has his offense looking like they belong in D III for the first month of every season.  How about Joe Burrow not coming out in Week 1 every year and throwing for 82 yards or 4 INTs?  Every year it's the same thing...dig themselves a big hole they have to climb out of.

Good coaches don't have teams that do that on a consistent basis. Congrats he figures out how to fix it, but how about not having the issue every year to begin with?

You dont keep up with the other teams very much do you?

2021 Burrow was coming off a major ACL/MCL injury, he wasnt mobile the first few weeks of the season.
2022 Burrow had major surgery and lost over 20 ponds immediately before the season started.
2023 Burrow missed all of training camp, couldnt plant - much less run, with a bad calf.  Last week was his 1st 100% healthy game.
Taylor is not a great coach but none of this is on coaching.  Kind of an embarrassing take.
