You know the 90s team would never take a knee with time left and 2 timeouts. That was always easy points for them.

Normally I’d agree with trying to do something but after that INT I’m fine not risking it.

Can anyone explain why we did call a to?!

if they missed the long FG, we would have had the ball on the 49 with 2 timeouts. and about 15 seconds left.

I was yelling for the timeout at 30 seconds, but with Tampa showing they were going for it on 4th you don't really want to stop the clock for them.  End result was disappointing, but understandable.

This offense has more than enough. At the deadline we need help on Defense

Or we can lean into our strength and get another outside WR like Hopkins.

This is objectively incorrect lol

The defense has given up a 20 yard TD and a 57 yard FG, and they gave the ball back to the offense at the Tampa 20 yard line.  What more could you reasonably expect?

I thought our clock management was fine at the end.  I’m baffled as to why TB called a timeout on 3rd and 15 when they really had no good shot at points from where they were.

because if they miss, Allen can complete two quick passes use the two timeouts and get a field goal attempt.

I think they were going to fake the FG all along and punt just like they did. A TO have them the time to do it without all the confusion. Jmo

Because Tampa didn’t run out the FG unit right away…..they ran them on late. You don’t call a timeout unless your 100% sure they’re not going for it.

They should have just let it run. McDermott panicked.

Solid first half.  Should be up by at least ten more but helleva improvement over last few weeks.  Defense I think is what we’re gonna get all year.  Offense is gonna have to carry the load

The offense had second and goal from the 1 and came away with no points.  Then the defense held and gave them the ball back for a 20 yard TD drive.  The offense gave away the ball on a terrible play that resulted in a 20 yard TD drive the other way.  Other than that, Tampa hasn’t been inside the Bills 39 yard line.  Hard to ask for much more than that.

Completely agree.

Okay.... I don't understand why people are mad.

Bills don't call a TO then the Bucs snap the ball at 3 and get a no risk FG attempt.

Bills call a TO and then the Bucs have to decide if it is woryh the risk. They miss and the Bills have it at the Bills 49. One play and they'll be in FG range

Yep It was a great call by McDermott.

Better execution on both sides of the ball and this game wouldn’t be close.

For whatever reason our D is so susceptible to a screen play.

Just get a win tonight, stay healthy and the few extra days of rest will be huge!
