One of the better interiors I've ever seen in a WNY home. Good find.

 

edit: made it through all the pics. I HATE how every nice house in Buffalo still has the entire back covered in vinyl siding. So weird to cheap out there and makes the house look so bad from the backyard.

I don’t know why that is so hard, but WNY interiors do not always look…..current? Is that the right word?

I know what you mean, and I struggle to find the right adjective/description for it as well. There is a weird difference from what we are used to seeing in other places.

haha i thought maybe you were just country and had a high standard for what "big yard" meant

Initially listed for 3.35 and he got it for 2.5. Hell of a deal. 

edit: Also surprised he wouldn’t buy through an LLC to hide his identity. Considering it isn’t a gated community and is super accessible from a major WNY thoroughfare.
