The man is actually sueing Portis for something that was written on a cocktail napkin!! I cannot believe our justice system is being subjected to such ludicrosity! Portis (the Idiot), wrote his name on it. It doesn't matter if it was written on toliet paper, in the eyes of any reasonable court, it would stand up....
