Yeah this worse than doing 100 in a 55 highway. But i still disregard it as small potatoes assuming nobody was hurt or nothing was destroyed. Now if reckless driving yields to harm, then absolutely throw the book.

Depends on where it was… if it was in New Orleans East 70 in a 35 is called self-preservation.
