Downtown football stadiums are a waste of prime real estate. They take up huge spaces and are only used about 15 times a year.

There are plenty of cities that thrive with downtown stadiums.  You’d be hard pressed to find one whose real estate is less “prime” than downtown Buffalo.

Cincinnati. That place is used for 8 home games, 1-2 preseason games, and a couple of concerts. Great American Ballpark, on the other hand, gets 82 home games.

the amount of players getting injured cannot be a coincidence at this point. lack of proper training camp practices has to be part of the problem

17 games. Travel to London. Playing Thursday night. Bad cheap turf relative to grass

Honest question, but is Buffalo really constrained by lack of downtown real estate?

Good real estate, yes. Suppose the chiefs decided to love from an interstate exit to downtown KC. Where would they put it?
