What’s not being talked about enough. Is the ever creeping sky judge / New York legislation of PENALTIES. Once again penalties are not reviewable.  But the refs on the field are clearly given / fed judgements on PENALTIES. Complete and utter assault on the rules. Why is no one raising hell about this?
