Beane can hang that on his resume and speak of it when referring to his miscalculations. The problem is further pointing towards coaching and scheme. Talent evaluation does look ok. Quote
BillsFanForever19 Posted October 23, 2023 Posted October 23, 2023 That's what happens when you have a good run blocking O-Line and are put on a run heavy team. Zach Moss isn't as bad as he looked when he was here, but he's also not as good as he looks in Indianapolis right now. Quote
Aussie Joe Posted October 23, 2023 Posted October 23, 2023 (edited) Moss ( rookie deal) + Draft Pick for Hines ($5m per year) I’m starting to think the Colts might have won this trade … Edited October 23, 2023 by Aussie Joe 1 Quote

The Jokeman Posted October 23, 2023 Posted October 23, 2023 And someone remind what's the Colts record again? Quote
Airseven Posted October 23, 2023 Posted October 23, 2023 Well that’s what a half decent OL can do. Quote

This doghouse that McD has built up is where teams are picking off talent from with the exception of Elam... but if he finds another team and excels we're going to look like idiots. 1 Quote
Beast Posted October 23, 2023 Posted October 23, 2023 Yay? The Colts put an emphasis on the running game because they suck at passing the ball. Congratulations, Zach. You wouldn’t have done that in Buffalo no matter how many times you were handed the ball. Quote
uticaclub Posted October 24, 2023 Posted October 24, 2023 Josh Jacobs led the league in rushing on an awful Raiders team. Running backs dont matter, scheme & blocking do Quote
Charles Romes Posted October 24, 2023 Posted October 24, 2023 At least he can’t lead the Colts to the Stanley Cup. Quote

Former Bill, Zach Moss is 2nd in the NFL in rushing and just behind McCaffrey at #1. Whoda thunk it? Congrats Zach. Looks like you get the last laugh. The last laugh alright. The dude looked like he had no ambition at all running in our offense. He goes to the Colts and says "game on motherf*ckers". He looked lazy when he ran here. Everyone saw it Quote
SoCal Deek Posted October 24, 2023 Posted October 24, 2023 I’m almost certain Moss is the topic of the players only meeting. Quote

This is why I don't get excited about getting a RB, because our OL does not do a good enough job for one to flourish. FWIW I like our RB's this year, but it's always going to somewhat of a struggle with our OL. Quote
