Took forever to get this thread up. Hopefully people are beginning to realize this coach and coaching staff is not the answer. We’re getting worse not better

The loyalty to him around here is bizarre. We continue to get worse. This is not a wild card team at the moment, much less a “championship caliber” team.

I have no idea who replaces him; that’s for Beane and Terry to decide. But he’s proven over and over the job is too big for him.

Denver have any spare ball boys that aren’t currently busy?

You’re 3 years late. Can’t fire McD and keep Beane. They both gotta go.

I used to like Beane but it’s looking more and more like we’re in such a cap hell that it’s going to cost us our future. They do both have to go. But it’s definitely too late now. The damage has been done.

The team peaked at 13 seconds and has regressed ever since. The process is flawed and can’t be trusted. This team is rarely prepared now and that falls directly on McD. This team is not motivated and McD clearly can’t real them back in.

Not happening in season , so why discuss ? McD / staff need to do one thing : get aggressive. Josh Allen is the reason you’ve won games. They’ve dialed him down, not up and that’s a bad move. Their best defense is a good offense.

Unfortunately it isnt working out. And its much harder to find a QB then it is a headcoach.

Its possible the bills underperformed for too long. But were still really good. Winning a championship is hard. And sadly i think this chapter is done.
I think a strict step dad type is what josh needs now. No more friends and picking your own OC.
Harbaugh would be pretty fun if he ever wanted to leave michigan.

This season? I don’t think it matters.

The person at the top of my list would be Ben Johnson.

Either way, we’d have plenty of suitors given that HC would come into a team with an established franchise QB.

Because it’s time!!! Will not take this franchise any farther, he has been great but we are wasting vital Josh Allen years.

Is Sean McDermott holding Josh Allen back? Last I knew he was the DC not the OC, if anyone is holding Allen back it's Dorsey. But I also believe the minute they told Josh not to run it's imbeded in his head and really hurting the offense.
