All you McD lovers are going to realize eventually that the problems on this team start at the top.  He never should have survived 13 seconds.  All we’ve done is regress since, and we’ll continue to regress season after season until major changes are made.  Unfortunately our owner is a dumbass, so lord knows how poor the next coaching staff may be, but in reality, they are NOT winning squat with the staff in place.  The entire organization is just spinning wheels and collecting paychecks at this point as they slowly work their way back to irrelevancy.
