Ken Burns the American Buffalo

Apparently they made it as far as northern Pa but not Buffalo. William Cody obtained his nickname as a result of his Bison hunting exploits. You would think after churning out thousands of films, Burns would add a new spin to the documentary formula he’s been using for fifty years. Nope, he’s running it back once again.

Started watching last night, it's outstanding.  Burns is the master storyteller.  

 

What "new spin" would you suggest Burns use?  It's documentary filmmaking, not a Marvel movie.

That buffalo Cody didn't hunt bisons 

 

He trained them and domesticated them ... Creating a herd of buffalo that he rode all around the country saving damsels in distress
