boater Posted October 21, 2023 Posted October 21, 2023 Forget Clam Chowder. You know what would be good for the game, a Lobster Roll. 1 2 Quote

Found this easy recipe - https://www.thewickednoodle.com/seafood-chowder-recipe/ Excellent recipe!!! It is a white cream one. Looks like I have all the ingredients except celery. A quick trip to my local grocery store at 7:00 AM will remedy that. 18 hours ago, LyndonvilleBill said: Sound more like a bait freezer...😱😅 LOL!!!! I think we had that array of seafood in our freezer from the seafood boil or Bouillabaisse we made in September. Edited October 22, 2023 by HIT BY SPIKES Quote

That’s exactly what I’m making. Hot butter lobster rolls. Bought some frozen lobster tails at local grocery store on sale, had some crab legs in freezer. Boiling them up soon. Getting all the meat out. Get my hot butter ready with minced shallot. NE style (top split) buns toasted on griddle. 2 1 Quote
Peace Frog Posted October 22, 2023 Posted October 22, 2023 I have a favorite place here in Portland, OR that has the best clam chowder, so I will copy his recipe for this morning's game. https://fb.watch/nQThsft_U4/ 1 Quote
