Franco_92 Posted October 16, 2023 Posted October 16, 2023 The Bills are quite familiar with 4-2, they had that record in both 2020 and 2021. Onward! 2 Quote

Put Thurman Thomas, Joe Cribbs on this team the Bills are a much better team. I don’t trust any of our current running backs where I believe they can take a game over there all not good enough. The offensive line has to be number one in the draft the Bills need line help badly so they can dictate play at the line of scrimmage in my opinion. Go Bills! Let’s Go Buffalo Expand Our backs are fine. I'd rather work on the OL as you suggested. Give the backs a better line and they'll get the yards, and Josh will have more time to throw to receivers who have more time to get open. And Josh will stay healthier. Of course, I'd love to see the Bills have a Thurman-quality RB. But how many of those are available in the draft? With the RB position devalued, it seems the best athletes now play other positions. Back in OJ's day, for example, the best athletes wanted to be running backs. That's not true anymore. 1 Quote

k2mountain Posted October 16, 2023 Posted October 16, 2023 I normally like visiting and reading here on a victory Mondays. But today isn't quite the same positive vibe, it's more like a loss Monday, and understandably so. A blowout victory in New England is what the Doctor orders. I hope the pharmacist can make it so. Expand Agree. I am all for fighting to get to the sticks, but only if you can wrap up the ball or switch it to the hand nearest the sideline. That way if it is punched out it likely goes harmlessly out of bounds. Josh had to learn how to tote the rock in traffic, remember how often he would fumble back in the day? It can be taught and Gabe has a bigger frame and should play bigger than he does at times. Davis does excel at blocking. Other than that, go down and live for the next down if it is not a 3rd or 4th down situation. Quote
