agree. I think they would agree too. The offense is built entirely off the threat of a run game. It’s what makes McDaniel’s variation of the Shanahan offense in Miami so much better.

He's great but he's the anti clutch coach.

 

Sure if they get a lead they can lean on you but in close games he's not good

Him putting McCaffrey back in injured for an out of conference game to try and stay undefeated was really stupid and it looks like it bit him in the ass.

They had a timeout too... That made no sense, like most decisions Shanahan makes when the game is tight
