Next game or the next I will make that or Tripe & Beans.

 

I haven’t been to my fresh oxtail source for 3 weeks now.  They cut the fresh tail in front of me.  I will go tomorrow morning.

Just bought a little over 6 lbs of fresh oxtail which was 4 whole tails cut in 2" pieces in front of me.

 

Making a pot later this week.
