gflande1 Posted September 10, 2004 Posted September 10, 2004 Been along time since I have been to a game. I assume the best way is to take i-90 to exit 55. Any suggestions on parking? Not even sure how long I should give myself to get there. Thanks for the help
njsue Posted September 10, 2004 Posted September 10, 2004 Close to about 3 hours. Ask Jack n syracuse!
gflande1 Posted September 10, 2004 Author Posted September 10, 2004 ok...how about when I get there. Any suggestions on parking, when I should get to the stadium, etc? I want to make this as painless as possible, so if anyone has any suggestions, i would appreciate it. thanks
Just Jack Posted September 10, 2004 Posted September 10, 2004 Record for making it is 2 hours, 15 minutes. But don't expect to do that on Game Day. Figure at least 2.5 hours, probably closer to 3 due to traffic. Take the 90 to exit 55 I believe (the 219 exit). Take 219 to the 2nd Mile Strip road exit. Take Mile strip to (I believe) route 20 (you'll see car dealers at the intersection. Turn right onto 20. Follow that straight to Drive 5 into the Bills lots. This is the easiest way to get back to the 90 when heading home that I know.
gflande1 Posted September 10, 2004 Author Posted September 10, 2004 I probably wont show up until 11-12AM. will there be parking available?
DieHardFan Posted September 11, 2004 Posted September 11, 2004 Travel in from Utica to all the games. I take the Transit exit off the T-Way (just before last toll exit; I think it's #49) and then 20 all the way down. Much faster than fighting crowds at last toll booth and on milestrip. If you want to make a faster getaway take a left on California Road and park in one of the lots (I use the grass lot right after the Water Dept lot). Only $5 also. Cops direct at the intersection. 10-15 Minute walk to the Stadium.
