I am calling out all of you who defend this excuseaking head coach. Everyone who rolls their eyes, or disagrees, or constantly gives excuses. I will tag you if I must. I want to hear your excuse on why we lost this game.

 

Don't be a shy little baby, own your reactions every time I called for him to be canned, every time I have said he isn't the answer. And you put a disagree, a puke, a thumbs down, any of it.

 

Do it. DO IT!  tell me why I was wrong? Own your mistake.

He is a good coach. Not great. I don't doubt he would find another job. A nice man.

 

However, this is an offensive league. You don't win unless you put up points consistently. Bring in an offensive coach. Whether it's Bieniemy or someone from college.

 

The OC needs to go too. He isn't Daboll and he never will be.

I've been saying since 13 seconds that McDermott is Doug Collins when the Bills need their Phil Jackson. As for Dorsey, I wouldn't trust him to call in a takeout order, let alone an NFL offense.

I havent been on the fire McDermott bandwagon... until now. He's lost me. They've coached Josh to play scared about not making a mistake that he's afraid to make a play

McDermott reminds me of Pettine, loves to blitz, but it costs the Bills in areas on defense.

 

Hope Josh McDaniel gets fired as the Raiders HC and the Bills bring him in as the OC. Dorsey needs to go.
