If there is an injury TO, then clock starts again when balll is signaled ready for play. Jags then waste 40 sec of play clock unless Bills call TO.

I'm not taking anything from this considering one team had ridiculous travel and time differences and the other was sitting waiting.

 

McD won't use that as an excuse but he has to be fuming about that.
