Boots on the ground?

I'm not here to argue or criticize Biden's response, US involvement, aid to Israel or Palestine, but I think it takes someone with a really poor vision looking from really far away to declare our country is not directly involved in this conflict.  Money, weapons, troop support, guidance, skirmishes, naval vessels deployed etc are all in play here.

As for troops on the ground...

"I won't talk specific deployment locations for these forces, I can confirm that they are not going to Israel," Ryder said. The units and personnel are intended to support regional deterrence efforts and further bolster U.S. force protection capabilities.

Ryder said that between October 17 and 26, U.S. and coalition forces have been attacked at least 12 separate times in Iraq and four separate times in Syria, by a mix of one-way attack drones and rockets. The general would not provide specific groups that have claimed responsibility for these attacks. All he would say is "we know that these groups are affiliated with Iran."

No, it will just poison the drinking water

Since September last year, the Egyptian military has periodically pumped sea water into the underground cross-border tunnels dug between its Sinai Peninsula and the Gaza Strip in a campaign to stamp out terror activity along the border.

Crazy is how CNN and other MSM sites are saying this is horrific. that some of these fighters were civilians.

The exact circumstances and dates of the detentions are unclear, but some of the detainees’ identities were confirmed by colleagues or family members.

At least some of the men are civilians with no known affiliation to militant groups, according to a conversation CNN had with one of their relatives and a statement by one of their employers, a news network.

The Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor posted an image of one detainment and said in a statement on its website Thursday that “the Israeli army detained and severely abused dozens of Palestinian civilians.”

They aren't being stripped to humiliate them, it's because these subhuman animals have a tendency to strap bombs to themselves.

God forbid the press acknowledge that.

We learned that fact the hard way in Iraq.  countless times troops were hurt taking prisoners off the bus, to the prison.  cause that's when they would detonate what they had hidden under their clothes.

I had a friend at Abu Ghraib that's job was to take them off the bus. said they had a pit with barbed wire and bags around it. if the prisoner fought at all, they pushed him in the pit and hit the ground.  he said it was about 50/50 that there would be an explosion.  some would be very small but packed with shrapnel (armpit bomb). he still has some in him, from one of them.

Imagine if they would made them strip prior.  would have save a lot of people on both sides.
