Talk about the ball not bouncing your way. He literally has more turnovers than turnover worthy plays.

every single throw that could have been picked off has iirc, and a couple that shouldn't have been picked have as well

That INT in the last game should never happen. After the tip, just tackle everyone. It's like the entire Bills team just stared at the ball.

Deep INT targeting Diggs as well

Josh is now +2000 on Caesar's and has fallen behind a running back (CMC). Is he still "crushing it"? Maybe it's time for some to admit that their perspective of this team is very distant from reality.

I don't know... but by the very definition of it, Josh Allen is the MVP of this team, that's for sure.

As for everything else... Josh ain't winning the MVP race at this point, but I don't really think it's on him.  As long as Dorsey is our OC, this team will be too inconsistent offensively.

Allen is still having a really good season, overall, though.

4th in passing yards

2nd in Completion %

1st in TDs

etc.

While all that is great stats, a lot of that was from beat downs of Washington, Miami and Vegas. Since then they aren't the same.

Really?  Outside of that first game against the Jets, Allen has been pretty consistent, actually.  If you really want to play the "let's exclude these games because..." game (which is silly... those 3 games you mentioned are 1/3rd of the season), then let's throw in the Jets game to exclude.

In the 5 games since the Miami game, Josh has averaged 300 yards per game, had a 71.7% completion %, 13 TDs and 6 turnovers.

A lot of Mahomes's stats are from beatdowns against the Chargers and Bears.  Those games aren't remotely the same as the rest of his season.

And so it all goes back to #QBwinz.

Buffalo needs to start winning and win against good teams in the national spotlight.  Yesterday was really Allen's first chance to do that.  He and the team failed.  Still has more chances, but I don't have faith with our current OC.

Did you watch the fkn game? He had 5 drives stopped by dropped passes and on his int Diggs was out fought for the ball. 27-40 359 tds passing 3 total tds. His receivers let him down as did his OC and asclown referees. Blame should go around but to call Josh disenchanted is plain stupid

How we feeling now?

Heh. Yeah. Problems in his situation and problems in his play.

He'll come back. I'm not worried in the long-term. But short-term, yup.

If Allen has problems in his play, then all the other QBs around the league have similar or worse problems. Allen has 1 more pick than Hurts and Mahomes, but he has more passing TDs than both. He also has a higher passer rating than Hurts and Mahomes (the top MVP odds).

All of the top QBs this year are turning it over a lot, not just Allen.

Pretty much. It's weird the way Josh is being held to a different standard than the "frontrunners" right now.

Nah. That's just dumb. Burrow has similar or worse problems? Neither. Mahomes has similar or worse problems? Neither. It's dumb. Yes, they have problems. Nobody's perfect. But are they similar or worse than Josh's right now? The idea's plain dumb.

There's a reason those other guys have the top MVP odds and Josh ... doesn't.

People don't watch any NFL other than Bills games

You aren’t making any sense. Allen is playing as well as those guys. You sound like you only watch Bills games.

Let’s check out Mahomes the #1 odds for MVP this weekend.

20/30, 185 yards, 2 TDs and sack fumble that turned into a Dolphins TD.

I would argue that is very similar, or possibly worse than Allen’s game vs the Bengals. And the Dolphins have a terrible defense.
