Miyagi-Do Karate Posted September 29, 2023 Posted September 29, 2023 This is my first time seeing Jordan Love. Is he usually this bad? 1 Quote

I strongly disagree I think Love looks poised. Unrattled. And focused. He is never watching the rush. Its like he has command of the offense. But it feels like they are running only the plain vanilla plays. Quote

I responded to a question about why there may be apathy for this game. I didn’t question the talent on Detroit. I pointed out that they don’t have a QB anyone wants to watch, and nobody - aside from hardcore NFL fans - is all “I can’t wait to see what Hutch and St Brown do out there tonight!!” Quote

The packers have been rope-a-doping the NFL with Love. First, sit him on the bench for three years, then have him come in and play poorly, but somehow squeek into the playoffs. Only then with the real Love be awakened to dazzle us as the second coming of Aaron Rodgers. Quote
Avisan Posted September 29, 2023 Posted September 29, 2023 Lions are just dominating in the trenches right now, run game is firing and Packers are under siege in the backfield 1 Quote
Miyagi-Do Karate Posted September 29, 2023 Posted September 29, 2023 I do love seeing the Lions do well. Another rust belt franchise with not a lot of success. Plus, love seeing Goff do well, after McVay tossed him to the curb. 4 1 Quote
Chaos Posted September 29, 2023 Posted September 29, 2023 La Porta is a beast. I loved the Kincaid pick. But he may not be the best TE in the draft class. 1 1 1 Quote
Straight Hucklebuck Posted September 29, 2023 Posted September 29, 2023 LaPorta is everywhere. Can the Bills study this tape? Quote
EmotionallyUnstable Posted September 29, 2023 Posted September 29, 2023 LaPorta with some snags. Looks like they got a good one in DET…. …..hopefully we do too! Quote

The kid has 3 NFL starts and is playing in his first primetime game. The chances of him looking good out of the gate tonight fell somewhere between slim and none. Quote
