I'm down for some Moe Bandy or Jack Greene and the like, but country post 1980s is either pop music or early rock with a slight twang. And the lyrics are like they're written by high school freshmen from Bentonville, AK or Valdosta, GA.

That Usher Confessions album was an all time classic! That album and a couple shots of hennessy helped me get into many panties in my early 20’s lol
