NFL is all legalistic - “clear and convincing video evidence to the contrary” and all that - and then they overturn a call on the field based on some ambiguous video. 
Happens half a dozen times a week.

you are changing the call due to circumstantial evidence, and that is poor officiating imo

agree; the “clear and convincing” standard is never used.
