Maybe hire Josh's mom to man the radio calls into Josh with dorseys playcalls. Then  add  Meagan trainers. I am your mother you listen to me.  To the top spot on his list.  And this works because it's not against the  nfls policy of hiring practices based on nepotism.

“Baby come back”

by Player

“Spending all my nights, all my money going out on the town
Doing anything just to get you off of my mind
But when the morning comes, I'm right back where I started again
And tryin' to forget you is just a waste of time

[Chorus]
Baby come back, any kind of fool could see
There was something in everything about you
Baby come back, you can blame it all on me
I was wrong and I just can't live without you

“Throwing it all Away” - Genesis - to remind him that throwing the ball out of bounds is an option.

“Stop” - Jane’s Addiction - for when he feel like bailing the pocket when there is no need.

“I Can’t Stand Losing You” - The Police - for when he wants to keep running and lower his shoulder, risking fumbling the ball.

“In Too Deep” - Phil Collins - for when there is a receiver open underneath, but he wants to ignore him and throw the ball 60 yards for an imminent INT.

Well there is probable cause that could link Josh downward spiral on the football field with his  britanny breakup.  Something isn't right somewhere in Josh's life and he needs to get it back on track.
