To not address MLB and the Spencer Brown problem were the biggest question marks in the offseason. Either way, can Ifedi be ready? Could also be confirmation bias on my part, as it was my #1 need and nobody seemed to agree with me. 🤷♂️ 1 Quote
NickelCity Posted September 12, 2023 Posted September 12, 2023 Just now, Simon said: Could also be confirmation bias on my part, as it was my #1 need and nobody seemed to agree with me. 🤷♂️ That's funny, I deleted an extra sentence from my last comment before posting. It was: I could also be biased, as my two biggest issues were OLine (due to glaring RT hole) and the Dorsey problem. 1 Quote
TheFunPolice Posted September 12, 2023 Posted September 12, 2023 I thought Spencer Brown would be decent. Maybe not great but serviceable at least. Maybe he's just too big and tall. Quote
John from Riverside Posted September 12, 2023 Posted September 12, 2023 I think that there is something to be said for the Jets, who have one of the best defensive lines in the league It wasn’t the reason why we lost Quote
Dr.Sack Posted September 12, 2023 Posted September 12, 2023 Spencer’s RAS is a 10.0. Clearly Beane knows that. 1 Quote

Buffalo Barbarian Posted September 12, 2023 Posted September 12, 2023 Yes but nothing we can do now. Beane needs to address the wholes before the fact instead of after not addressing MLB and RT are egregious errors. ALSO HE HAS TO DRAFT BETTER IN THE SECOND AND THIRD ROUNDS. Quote

I struggle to understand how a guy that big and heavy gets pushed so easily like that. The physics of it defy logic. Or maybe all down to bad posture and technique. No idea. 1 Quote

stlbills13 Posted September 12, 2023 Posted September 12, 2023 His false start in overtime ended the drive before it started. Not talked about enough 1 1 Quote

oldmanfan Posted September 12, 2023 Posted September 12, 2023 Brown? Yeah he had a couple plays where he got pushed back. So did the guys inside, especially by Williams. That guy is a beast. You slow down pass rush by getting the ball out quick. Guys were there and Josh did it OK the first half. Then lost his mind the second half. This was on Josh. And those claiming it was Brown do in fact have confirmation bias. Quote
Billsatlastin2018 Posted September 12, 2023 Posted September 12, 2023 Spencer Clown… yet another terrible component of the Opening Night Titanic! 1 Quote

C.Biscuit97 Posted September 12, 2023 Posted September 12, 2023 I love his toughness. Don’t love him blocking anyone with speed. Quote
