Are the Bengals not SB winning material? How about the Chiefs? It was a terrible game for Allen. But that's it. The OP is right - there were a ton of positives w/ pretty much every other unit & player. 1 Quote

He had the false start in OT, and I think gave up a pressure in the first half. Can’t recall much other than that - and against this is an ELITE DLine. what were you expecting? Quote

Chiefs also no if they lose Kelce/Jones. This was full-strength offense, year two Dorsey, and we lost to Zach Wilson lmao. They pretty much fixed every issue I had coming out of last season except getting faster at the back end of the D 1 Quote

chongli Posted September 12, 2023 Posted September 12, 2023 (edited) The Bills D held the Jets O, with all their weapons, to 16 points. Pretty good. Edited September 12, 2023 by chongli Quote

wvbillsfan Posted September 12, 2023 Posted September 12, 2023 I agree. I’m not sure what everyone’s definition of “ok” is but we have a playoff team. One loss or a bad game doesn’t much matter. Everyone has them. I need to see more from the offense but there’s no need to panic now. Defensively we are really good and deep. We are a playoff team with a great defense. Offensively we’ve got to be better no surprise but jets always give us problems. 1 Quote

If you told me Josh was gonna turn the ball over 4 times, I would have guessed the bills would lose by 3 scores no matter who the opposing QB was. Instead the rest of the team kept bailing out Josh. I mean they had a SINGLE 3 and out Quote

Chicken Boo Posted September 12, 2023 Posted September 12, 2023 For all the flack I'm giving them, I absolutely expect that they'll look like a million bucks vs the Raiders next week. 1 1 Quote
26TrapDraw Posted September 12, 2023 Posted September 12, 2023 Talk to me week 4 and I’ll have a better idea of what we have. I can’t believe how bad Allen was tonight. But it was only 1 game. I think the entire team bounces back next week. This team is too talented not to bounce back. 1 Quote

Our rush reminded me of the past, good pressure but not enough sacks. Our WR outside of Diggs did zero. Davis was second with 32 yards. Any D knows you account for Allen and Diggs there is a chance you win. I really don’t know what to be high in. Maybe Milano? Floyd looked good. Bass is a good kicker. Diggs is Diggs but disappears if you don’t have help for him. 1 Quote

Beast Posted September 12, 2023 Posted September 12, 2023 Will they be fine? In Josh Allen’s last 12 games he has 19 TD’s and 15 INT’s. What makes anyone believe he is going to all of a sudden start playing better? Allen said he needed to be smarter with his body and take care of the ball this past off-season. Josh gets a big fat F in both of those categories tonight. 2 Quote
