Expand During the week I watch games back, not just the Bills, and, for me, Taylor's lucky not to be most penalized and the Chiefs fortunate not to be top of both holding lists. It seems to be every play - as though they know the refs cannot call it every time as it will kill the game, so just take their chance. Additionally, it doesn't answer the question of when these penalties are given. The opposition appear to get penalties in key situations in close games. Then tick tack make up penalties against the Chiefs once the game is gone to look 'fair'. Is that right? Maybe, maybe not. Perhaps if they weren't in for a three-peat the finger wouldn't be pointed. The QB should not be allowed the usual protections if their slide is not parallel to the sideline and facing opponents endzone.
