You're seeing such bad qb play because they protect them more in training camp/preseason.  Not enough live reps.  It's a fascinating balancing act because you don't want them hurt.

Yeah, dropping 9 of 10 at a division rival's stadium is not a trend.

 

Burrow never winning in Cleveland is definitely not a trend.
