This is not good for Miami at all. The East is going be a dog fight and every team needs all men on deck. Especially the guy responsible for protecting the blind side of their concussion-prone QB.

No one will have all men on deck…. Except the Chiefs last season

I think we can maybe say that about several players on the Bills roster too.

Like who?

Isn't that the report for Treylon Burks?... or did they already somehow find out this is the case for Armstead as well?

SC, that’s what I heard on the radio.  I don’t know and honestly it’s not us so I always just thank my stars it’s not us.

the way the media is these days they could’ve tripped the up.

i think you need to do a quick google search with regard to the history of new orleans in '12. brees was good, manning was good but they were nothing compared to the skill Jackson brought to that town. his offense was legendary. Armstead was so old that he was there.

I did do a Google search which is why I know he was drafted in 2013 by the saints in the 3rd rd.  In 2012 he was at Arkansas - Pine Bluff.

Brutal.....I'm going to have to rethink picking the Dolphins to win the division if this injury situation for them continues the next few weeks.

I'm sure it was a gut wrenching 30 seconds before you got back on board the Tua wagon.

Surprised they know this already. It just happened 20 or so minutes ago.

Trainers/doctors can usually tell which ligament it is by your range of motion. I tore my PCL in HS. The trainer knew within about 5 mins of looking at my knee and MRI confirmed it

Treylon Burks hurt his knee yesterday and was carted off.  The report this morning was it was an LCL sprain and that he would miss a few weeks but should be ready by the start of the season.

In fairness, while they may have been teammates in ‘12, the offensive display you’re talking about probably didn’t happen until sometime around the end of the ’14 season.

@Airseven hit hardest

I think I’ve got this down, something like:

”Truthfully he was a luxury pick-up anyway. Thankfully, Dolphins management was able to establish enough depth so that this won’t be much of a factor. It pays to have an organization with foresight, something Beane could surely learn from”

while simultaneously dropping us 9 spots in his power rankings because of Brandon Shell retiring…

Dolphins with some bad luck so far in practice. Hopefully he’s good to go.

He will be.

Miami's medical team will send him out next week. They'll say it was a sprained ear lobe.

True, and they hoisted the biggest victory that season in Jan '15.
